Do i need to warm up unfollows too?

I started following 100 people a day and then every day i upped it until i got to 600 followings a day.

Do i also need to start unfollowing 100 a day and gradually up it or can i just jump straight in to following 600 and unfollowing 600 now?

I have ran into no blocks so far and only got up to 600 followings and 100 unfollowings.

No you dont. Just dont accross 1100 per day. Thats where blocks coming usually
 
Never make so many actions all of a sudden, always warm up. Patience is the key :)

Thanks for the tip. Do you mean 1100 altogether for both follows and unfollows? I was planning on doing 600 follows and 600 unfollows which would be 1200 should i be doing less?

400 F/UF per day was regarded as a standard limit before IG caused frequent temporary-blocks. So you should always stick to 800/day at most, both F & UF combined while you bot and even lower while you warm up.

You can do unfollowing 1100 per day with 200 following along with. The following is the thing you have to concern most now. Though that 200 is not a solid radar since much accounts getting blocks with less than that, but its more likely your go nowadays
 
No matter if you do following or unfollowing you should go slowly. Always warm it up first, especially now when Instagram bans for small things.
