do i need offshore Hosting ?

do i really need offshore web host for my website ?

-Wordpress (free Theme) + with some plugins (not so much) + CloudFlare (free plan)
-Upload PC/PS/XB Games + Trainers .
-External links (like rapidgator, MEGA ....etc) . i will ever never host any files in the server .

I've read somewhere that its ok if you dont host any files (copyright) in the server and used only external links , is that correct?

Still, your involvement with file hosters might get you in trouble. It all depends on your hosting provider. Your safest bet would be offshore hosting.

If you don't host copied content on your server, then there is not need to go for offshore hosting. Regarding the External link it depends on the involvement of the link to the server. However, it's good to be in safer site and go for offshore. But before going for offshore hosting read their Terms and condition properly and do a search about customer reviews.

Might as well go with offshore. What do you have to lose?

yes , i am pretty sure that i need offshore host for this kind of nich. i'm searching now for good offshore host

yes , this is the idea , and there is different between using External links/embed or HOST the file in the server.
i already have i website (nich game) hosted with blogger , But i am Wordpress Fan-Boy .
and i want to start with new domain new strategic (freash strat) and build it from the Dust , i'm thinking for long term so if you have any good offshore host , please post it here

Actually , nothing , and i'm from Middle east , so i don't give F*** about DMCA/Copyright Complaint all what i care about is my hard work
and same as above , if you know any good offshore (for long term) please post it here

it depends on your hosting provider, sometimes even if you don't host the content and you only provide external link for it, still your hosting provider will give you a limited period to remove the links cause they usually receive DMCA letters and stuff to obey go for Russia hosting !

You may check the below hosting companies, they might ignore DMCA.
