one fast question

do i really need offshore web host for my website ?

i will use Wordpress + with some plugins (not so much) + CloudFlare
i will Upload PC/PS/XB Games + Trainers .
i will use External links (like rapidgator, MEGA ....etc) . i will ever never host any files in the server .


its not new idea , but i really loving and enjoying upload/download games

Most likely you would need offshore hosting, because if you get DMCA complaints anywhere in USA they'll shut it down immediately. Canada has also gotten very strict now as well, and UK is also getting there too. I would suggest to go to offshore seo vps they seem to have the best uptime for such materials. If you do get any really serious actions against you then obviously you will be notified and you may have to change your content around. But your best best is to go offshore to some place that allows it.

As long as you do not receive abuse complaints you do not really need an offshore hosting
