Do I need new ip's hosting for every niche site?

    Do I need to have a new individual ip class c for every domain or can shared ip work?

    if u want to interlink all your websites, yes you should.

    One IP for one domain is a good practice. However it isn't a vital factor for SEO.

    No need at all. The only reason you would, is if you are going to build a private network. If you are building regular sites, then no. I wouldn't interlink my sites, too much of a footprint.

    If you move on after created a popular site, then yes. Consider your need.
