Do i need disclaimers on landing page?

Hey guys im new here and new to this game.I was/am watching a video about building a website for affiliate marketing and in the vid the guys says u must have disclaimers,contact us and a privacy policy on your site.You know letting people know your getting $ for your review basically.

My question is how many of you do this and how much trouble could u get in if u dont?

Im still very new to all this and just looking for a way to make some money....its all overwhelming to noob like me lol but i know there is real opportunity if i can just learn what to do lol.

ps i know how this could be a stupid question but i haven't seen it talked about much

Disclaimers, I feel are not necessary when you are not the original owner of the product/service you are promoting, however it's always better to build consumer trust and if you are going to advertise with networks like Adwords, it's definitely going to ease the approval process for your campaign!
