hi there i want to give method a try the problm is i am asia i am buying vcc for paypal will the same vcc work for ebay please tell me thanks

Well what you said here make no sense. For ebay you are using paypal for paypal verify you need the vcc, just verify with the vcc and then you should be able to use ebay with the paypal account.
