I want to run like 5 Reddit accounts on 1 device on 1 WiFi Router. Will this work?

I have 3 accounts on the same IP and they are all fine for years... oh yeah, I don't spam.

Reddit don't have anything running multiple accounts. It is against using them for upvoting or comment on your own posts/comments. Another problem is that if Reddit mark a bunch of accounts as being yours, once one account is banned, they may ban all the others.
Regarding the main question: Yes and no. Best option is to use a rotating proxy, and use an unique IP & fingerprints for each Reddit account.

Yes we use a separate IPV4 proxy for each account. The supplier also matters a lot

I don't recommend doing this. Reddit is very strict with blocking right now. If one of your accounts is found, all the associated accounts will be blocked one after another, which will cause great losses.

5 might work out without a ban, just weigh the risks. If they are accounts that can be lost - try. If not, it's better to use proxies.

nothing wrong with that, unless you are engaging botty/spammy behaviour. also if one account gets flagged for a ban, the rest of your acc will take a hit. they have been doing that quite often.

Defintely not, each one of these accounts would need it’s own IP - besides that you need to make sure there’s no leaks of fingerprint/WebRTC in your configuration, otherwise all of those accounts will get flagged pretty much instantly.
Make sure you use good quality (4G) proxies, and a good anti-detect browser that’ll let you spoof useragent.

You can run 5 Reddit accounts on one device and WiFi without different IPs, but to avoid getting flagged, make sure each account behaves differently—use separate browsers or profiles, avoid posting the same content, and don’t log in/out too fast. Different IPs help but aren’t always necessary.
