Do I need a VPN service?

I want to create multiple YT accounts only for commenting, and rating, but I'm aware I cannot do this all on one ip. Do I need to use a service such as HMA or Strongvpn to create and use multiple accounts, or do I need to purchase a proxy list or what? I'm kind of clueless about this but help would be appreciated.

P.S. I'm on a budget so if theres something around the range of $10 a month that would be great.

No, you can not because they are selling shared ips, that are hardly abused !
You need virgin dedicated private proxies, or a VPN seller that sells virgin dedicated IPs ...
How many google friendly proxies are you looking to get for $10 ?
 
If I can get 10 that would be good, I'm trying to create enough accounts to get top comments
 
Hey man you should try out VexVPN (google it) It seems to be able to do what you need and it is only $5/month
 
What if I purchased a bunch of PVA youtube accounts on fiverr and then used a vpn to use them?

If you will get virgin dedicated proxies you can create the accounts yourself ! cause google will not ask for phone verification ! Also before creating any new accounts, clear you browser history, cache, cookies and .sol flash cookies from macromedia folder ! also if you will find a virgin dedicated VPN provider then you could use a VPN, but 1 VPN price is more higher the proxies prices, i also recommend always using 1 proxy / account and do not mix them up ... YouTube as being google is very strict with the IP policy.
I do not think you will be able to get veritable proxies for $1 /proxy, cause the ip price is $1 at all providers and there are a lot of costs with the server, bandwidth etc and i really do not get it how they can sell dedicated private proxies for $1 / proxy :confused: this remains a mystery for me...
For $1 you can get shared proxies but this proxies are not good for YT ...

Hey man that site is complete shit, I just looked at it and they haven't even fully edited the basic theme that they bought from themeforest, all kinds of spelling errors etc.. I doubt there even really in business, way to go referring a crappy site to someone.
 
HMA is a great VPN service if you are looking for one. Use non US ips.
 
I think you can buy the accounts from here in the for sale section, don't use fiverr for accounts as there are some sellers of accounts on fiverr where they come in and hack your accounts after you buy them. But yeah, buy some accounts from BHW and then if you use HMA just to login after they are created then it should be OK. I do this but just make sure the accounts you buy are already phone verified and only spend $5 at a time to make sure you get good accounts. I don't agree with previous posters that you must create your own accounts as it's too time consuming.

There are tools for creating google accounts :)) what time consumming are you talking about ? :)))
also top youtube commenting requires VIRGIN IPS, you can not use HMA for top commenting ... their IPs are shared between their customers who hardly abuse google, i have already explained that earlier ... also if you will create the account with new ips, and you will log in with a HMA ip 100% google will ask for verification ... so take care ...

OK that's all interesting and I will remember all that! ...........would you happen to know a service like HMA that I can easily connect to different IP's in various countries but has clean IP's?

you need dedicated IPs i do not know if out there is such a provider like hma with dedicated IPs ...

Dedicated Ips are more expensive, I have a question, dose shared ip better than dedicated ip in regarding to anonymity?
 
Go buy private proxies but they will not fit under your budget
IF you go with hma vpn no dooubt u get ur proxies and accounts work etc but they will already be spammed a lot and google will delete ur accounts very soon
