Random default US IP? FL software communicates with FL servers only for licensing and updating purpose. It will use your IP.

Yap dude , you should use proxies for FL but be careful while choosing proxies, your account might be banned like mine .

Don't push limits, consider using 2 accounts per proxy only.. 3 max. These limits only apply if you are doing heavy follow-unfollow. Considering you are using fl i think these limits will apply to you if you do the same

You can run couple accounts on your home ip (without proxies) but if you want to add more i suggest you get some good proxies for them.
