Do i have to actually meet face to face with clients? Or can I handle everything via internet, and phone

Reason I ask is cause Im an akwards ass dude and i know 100% if i meet them face to face i aint getting no sales

If you are that concerned, hire some sales staff & train them up on your business. If you are doing a monthly service for your clients you can afford to pay the sales staff generous rates of commission, therefore encouraging them to gain even more sales!

Depends on what you're doing. There are businesses where meeting your clients face to face is not necessary. However, it would be good for your own sake to be able to communicate with clients, and people for that matter, normally. You have to adopt a mindset where you are actually enjoying social interaction while remaining calm. Usually with awkward people it's more about what you say than what you don't say. As long as you refrain yourself from saying anything that may come across as awkward, you should be fine.

Just smile and nod (jk).

Goes to show that you can be an excellent salesman whilst having difficulties in social environments.

Sorry, but if you are awkward then, you will be so over the phone or Skype.

If that is really a problem, either practice until you get comfortable with it (you must have many non-business opportunities available to you), or, as Cross99 says, hire someone.

Communication is a fundamental skill to your success.

Frankly, if you were targeting local businesses, and it were me on the other end, I'd expect you to meet with me. It is part of how I can evaluate local talent. If you were some distance away, then I would Skype with you. It is a key part of building trust and a long term relationship. Anyone who won't do one of those two things then comes across as "hiding something".

Sales and marketing is an important step to maintain the growth of business. You must have to hire any staff or you can handle via internet with different apps.

For growing ur business u need to have good sales team. It is not important you should be good in talking. The person who is making sales for you should have strong skills to make a deal for you.

If you live in the same city as they do, it will eventually come up. Unless you can find a really good excuse to say you cannot meet them up in person?

Partner with a local sales stud then (though your profit will be lower).

Agreed. This is why some people are successful and others not so much. It's easy to make a sale behind a computer screen, not so much face to face but its a valuable skill to have that can carry you through life. Being able to sell makes you resourceful, you can be dealt the worst hand in life, lose your job, kids, wife, but knowing how to sell... Well you can bounce right back up. It's one of these things these "gurus" have on us. They literally started selling face to face in coffee shops shit like empower network. It's a joke now, but they literally have no fear when it comes to putting yourself out there and making a sale.

I have to ask, whens the last time you talked to a girl? Like for real talk?

Partnering with someone to do the sales may actually increase the profit, not lower it. You'll obviously get more per sale doing it yourself, but if someone can close and you can't it's a no brainer.

You must have to meet face to face.
You can attract people by your speech not your look.
It'll increase your confidence.
