If you dont mind, let me give you my two cents.
You said: you invested over 2 years of your life in this project and earn "only" 1500$/month.
-Well from my point of view i would say congratulation, most of the ppl dont even do 1$/day online so basically your thing is working.
If you invested 2 years, time learning java and so on, its because its a passion and your passion actually bring profit. Who said it was easy and quick? You tried "almost everything" and you're out of idea... I really think its time for you to maybe start thinking you need an expert to push it.
I think you're in the best forum to receive some help from ppl that maybe spent many years into CTR/marketing like you did with your financial website.
Just dont give up, ur on the good way as it make profit and you like what you're doing.
