Ok so someone was reselling my youtube views (even though i'm already reselling that lol) and now my buyers client asked me if he bought views for his video and i don't know if i should give him a refund or not.....the client left negative feedback on my buyer (guess he found out he was reselling) and now i think the client is gonna ask my buyer for a refund and then my buyer is gonna ask me for a refund! should i tell him no?

What do you think will happen if you don't refund him? He'll obviously stop reselling your services. If the buyer got the views, then tell your reseller that he shouldn't refund him.

Well he didn't get the views yet (takes 8 days) but the client is mad because my buyer listed "real" views instead of bot views (which is what i listed). Also if i don't refund him then all he has to do is dispute it.

If you haven't even done anything why not just refund it? Tell your reseller to sell "bot" views so he's not tricking anyone and then move forward.

I can't refund it because paypal has my money on hold (so i only have 5 bucks available) and i already paid for the views on fiverr lol (so i don't think my seller will refund me).

Here's some tips I learned from reselling.
- Always stay in good standing with your customers, you never know who's going to keep returning for more orders
- Never say likes/views/followers are real when they are not this only brings tons of chargebacks and disputes AFTER the service you did is completed
- Drop bad resellers, they are only going to bring in trouble it doesn't matter if they make you a few bucks

This is why you need an agreement when providing reselling services. If they scam him or want a refund that not your problem, it's his clients not yours.

Tell your 'buyer' that the views have been placed and will appear on the YT video within the next 3-4 days and there is no way to take that back, hence you have delivered his order as promised. He will have to deal with the client, since it was his buyer. You don't have to refund anything and your buyer can't open a dispute since you have initiated the service already.

Tell the fiverr provider to please hold on the views, that you will send a different link soon. Tell the person reselling from you to sell bot views and refund them when you're able to, and tell the reseller to just refund the end buyer and claim a misunderstanding in his ebay reply. No views delivered yet, so the person shouldn't have to pay for something not delivered, the reseller will keep selling your stuff if he is refunded and still sees a profitable business, and you don't lose your five bucks, you just pass them on to the next gig you get.
