So, I am talking about music used on shorts video, I am familiar with Tiktok and it's fine on tiktok as long as the video is shorter than 1 minute, you can use the music and with slight altering, it won't bother you with copyrights, But youtube used to be different, I just tested the audio on another channel and it did not pick up but I worry that it will pick up later ?

Can you use actual songs on a short that is very short ? or is it different from the way tiktok handles songs ?
