do you mean in Google ranking? how would this work? in order to get this work, you would need to know the formula from Google - how a new page is ranked in relation to the existing ones. If you find out, let me know
However there tools out there that check your website in terms of seo optimization. let's say you don't use alt tags with your images or your page url is too long, etc - the tools will tell you which things you can optimize, that you eventually get a better ranking. But no tool can give you any information on how your website will rank
