High DA sites 70-98 not have these strict google rules. Big G index and rank them faster and send them more traffic , and you can have a shameless ruthless content style on it whereas google forbids on small DA sites or with 0 DA and much more....you get privileges form big G.

High DA backlinks can be helpful, but they aren’t the ultimate factor in SEO. in my view, Relevance, traffic, and content engagement are now more important. When building backlinks, focus on getting links from relevant, active sites within your niche that have real user traffic, as these can often give you better, long-term results.

By prioritizing these elements, you’ll align your strategy with Google’s current focus on user experience and content relevance.
 
No high DA alone means nothing now. I got better moves from small niche sites with real traffic.

Relevance and page context matter more today.
