I think most people searching for this keyword will be SEOs just to check who ranked what for this keyword after Kyle Roof experiment. You'll even find "Rhinoplasty Plano SEO" in related searches.

Can not find it now, not even in any of our PM conversations even though I know we discussed the course in particular. The only thing remotely similar I can find is this thread where "rhinoplasty" keyword is mentioned; https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/google-sites-drive-stacks-are-ranking.1187544/

I also wondered if the Google Stack Method culd be reconfigured for local SEO ....based on the assumption that Google properties may have citation value
