Do google know Paraphrase Text? Does anybody know?

Hello, i want to know if geogle can detect if a Text is Paraphrase?
I write a text, it is paraphrased, and checked trough many checker including Copyscape and all of them show that it is 100% unique
But then i found a website https://toolkit.thepensters.com/
It can check a Paraphrase. And it tell me that my Text is 95% Paraphrase

What can you say about it?
I don't want that anyone tell "oh Google know everything, Google can everything"
We know it....

But has anybody thought about it?

How exactly paraphrased? Just changed a few words here and there or completely rewritten? If it's rewritten from scratch, Google can't detect it. If you just change a few synonyms and words or just change turn the sentences around, then yes, it will be a duplicate to some extent. A lot depends on how well the content is rewritten.
 
Do not worry so much.I think that you can trust unique with copy scape .
 
giotoreli, Rewriting the content will be helpful in this situation.
Check the rewritten content with copy scale again. It will be safe.
 
If you rewrite a content it take it as a new content. Rewrite the content you change the sentence structure without change the meaning.
 
The third party sites like that and copyscape won't really tell you what the big G thinks of content. They have crazy machine learning for this kind of stuff so honestly the only way you're finding out is to test and see.

Especially when we can't see what you consider paraphrased.

okey i will explain:

For example, there is one sentence:
Original: Local officials said at least two people died and more than 30 others were taken to hospital for treatment.

and my paraphrased: Regional officials said partially 2 people died and additionally 30 others were taken to Clinic for operation.

So i use synonymes...
But copyscape says it is ok
but some shit checker can find that it is paraphrased and can find a original text from what i paraphrased it

Is it bad content?

well no wonder, they are practically identical, "2 people died and {additionally|more than} 30 others were taken to {hospital|clinic} for {treatment|operation}"

how about "The local officials, at the time of the accident, reported that 2 people had died from their wounds. More than 30 other people were taken to the nearby hospital for further treatment, all of which are expected to make a full recovery."

yes by meaningly they are identical.
but for seo?
when i use synonyms are they more bad?
I write in German language and it is bitter hard to write as u wrote

But tell me, is it spam and copypaste?

You should think more sophisticated than a spinner, that's what I was trying to illustrate.

As for the text it wrote, it was brand new, I just made it up.
