Never used BHW on mobile but as far as I know there are no sigs on mobile thus google doesn't see your sig.

Just go to any of the posts and see the source code. If it shows a link in the signature that is a do follow link, google should crawl it as well. Never thought of using the signature this way though.
Nopes, it’s hidden with css. Just change the display orientation and it will show up, without any further request.

That’s not the end of world. They still count for a good profile afaik, but please wait for a link building expert to confirm this. I am just a programmer lol.
