Do Follow Blogs

Hi, i've look around an couldn't really find a post that helped answer this quesition the way i want it answered. What i mean is I need a great and up to date way to find do-follow blogs I can comment on. I'd also like to be able to find high pr blogs i can comment on. If someone has a detailed and helpful way for me to do this it would be helpful. I dont have scrapebox or anything like that.
