Do Facebook Vanity URLs Matter? Worth Building Out?

When the FaceBook vanity URL land rush happened I grabbed /highlycompetitivekeyword and the profile is over two years old. Is there any value in turning it into a business or brand page and building it up? Would there be more value in trying to sell it to the top service providers that target this keyword?
