Do Facebook allow you to offer an incentive for a 'like'?

I've seen some popular FB pages (50,000+) where they have an image of an upward arrow to the 'like' button and if they click it, they get entered into a hat to win an item.

I thought this was against FB's terms, but thought I'd ask here in case someone knows.

It's just a Facebook Fanpage.

I have seen a page that said the same thing with over 50,000 likes Since the page is still up I would assume that it's okay. It's like saying buy this shirt and you get a free lap dance or buying a T-Shirt on Ebay and it has info about a Runescape account. If you would automatically get something for liking it then it might not be allowed, and i don't think i saw anything about it Not being okay in the rules. I hoped this helped and was relevant to the Topic.
