Hey guys,

I just scraped a nice list of expired web2.0s, and I am wondering if these are still effective. I plan to point these to my own money sites, as well as my clients', so I wanted first to be sure that there isn't added risk of an algorithmic penalty by doing this (as opposed to a fresh web 2.0)

To give you some context: I create all my web 2.0s with 3-6 pieces of filler content with links to niche/authority sites, an about us and a contact us page in addition to my seed article with a link back to my own site. Also, I never link to my site more than once from a Web 2.0.

Please let me know if there is anything I'm not aware of here!

In my opinion, everything works, but I tested for a long time) I myself will find out the interesting result);)

I usually age my web 2.0's for at-least a month, drive social traffic to it and upload quality articles weekly.

Web 2.0 still work :) as Meerakat said, I also recommend to first age it a bit so it looks way more natural, and the link from it.

Thanks for the replies guys, glad to know they still work! If it's an expired 2.0 with plenty of backlinks from before I had it is waiting 1 month still necessary?

How long do you keep that up for? Sounds like the best way to go about it but I feel like it would be hard to keep track and upload that much quality content across multiple different sites. Do you have any tips for doing it efficiently you could share with me?

Yep still work if they have decent backlinks.

I just put one page of content and some images and they still work fine.

Yes, in order to keep it active some people auto-post from rss feeds but still having quality content is much more better + you can use excel to manage your web 2.0's

By the way, there is a lot of free ways to get "quality" content without doing much hard work. One example is converting YouTube videos to blog posts and editing it manually. Usually what people do is, they upload at-least 5-8 articles and let it age. If you treat your web 2.0's like it's a money site and it starts having really high PA, just imagine the boost it will give ;)

Yes, they do and you don't have to go all out on "quality content" (SEO n00bs favourite mantra here ) unless you wanna convert if you go for rankings you can do with word AI content and a view images.

Sure Web 2.0s are working great.
Keep working with quality content and they shall do wonders for your money site...

yes web 2.0 still works in 2020 but make sure web 2.0 should be index, mostly web 2.0s updated their CMS so they have no index tag they are useless so don't waste time on it
