I've been watching GoDaddy auctions for quite some time now.
I've seen decent domains go for 2 to 12k.
I guess they have some value for SEO; otherwise people wouldn't buy them.
The weirdest example is the one I have attached.
This domain was sold for 10k. The previous domain was a magazine about food, celebrities, and photography; the guy turned it into a crypto news site.
Completely unrelated.
All the links with juice show a 404 page.


Other people who have bought the domains I watch have made better use, and some have not...
I am working on a case study with expired domains and have purchased some expired domains, but from time to time, I doubt if these domains are worth the price I am paying, $x,xxx. 100% related to my main domain (more on that on my upcoming journey thread)
What is your experience and opinion guys?
