Do engagment groups work?

When I say do engagement groups work I'm asking do they bring you any new followers, or is this just a way for people with fake followers to fake good engagement.

Also for an "organic" account, would being in such a group benefit you if you already have good engagment?

Of course. The purpose of it is to get you to the explore page, thus getting discovered.

Yes they work. And there is minimal effort with an autoliker program
