Do duplicate articles on different platforms with Do-Follow generate the same effect?

Let's assume for a moment that BHW offers Do-Follows links, then I post and get the link.

Suppose now that Nulled also offers Do-Follow links, then I simply copy the BHW post into Nulled and get my Do-Follow.

Does Google penalize my website for that?

it might not penalize it for just 2 articles, but if you do it all the time it might raise some flags

Maybe should do a little spin with the article before post them I think.

it will probably canonicalize by google's choice seeing 100% duplicate content so your back link wont point to you, rather all the internal links from the site to that post will link back to you or vice versa. not a good idea. atleast spin it
