    I'm just curious I guess..

I noticed a blog post which I haven't published yet - it's been saved as a 'draft' has been ranking in rank tracker in Market Samurai for those certain keywords..

If I haven't published the post - is it really possible that Google has ranked it anyway?? Or is Market Samurai just being weird??

Well there is a URL that is made public when you save a draft and preview it. It should not ever be pinged, so there is really no good reason that google would find it unless you have a pinging plugin or sitemap plugin doing something wrong.

I think it's possible. I've had things in wordpress crawled before that were never supposed to be crawled. It's just a page, so to Google it's probably fair game.

Maybe you have plugins in your browser that request information on the url your currently visiting, maybe that's what happend when you previewed your draft somehow sening a spider over. I don't know what else it could be.

I also don't think that they can get indexed. You must have done something wrong here.
