The whitehat answer is that it depends on your nationality.
The grayhat answer is that you can easily minimize the shit out of it, mostly legally.
The blackhat answer is no.

Also, the proper phrase is "taxation is theft", because taxation is mandatory regardless of the umbrella systemic name. There can be voluntary socialism, so "socialism is theft" while true in the larger settings (i.e. outside of small communes), it's not technically correct.

Ugh, no, you can't. Suppose you're selling at the market rate (pre-taxes) and then you factor in a 40% increase for taxes, you're now away of the equilibrium and as a result you'll be selling less volume.

In other words, if you're not already highly under-priced, factoring in the taxes only means that you're paying them from your income.

But loads of people are undercutting themselves if they stop being so cheap and actually have a good business image they will be able to charge more.

Here in Spain people pay top dollar for old ham. I think the general rule of thumb is - the smellier the better.
