Do CPA sites get mad at you for using Youtube?

Hi, just wondering if most CPA sites get mad at you for promoting on youtube, or sending them to many hits (real people, not junk hits)? Or what you do to make sure you don't have to deal with any questions from CPA sites?

I send the traffic directly to my landing pages, and from there to cpas offers. Never had any problem so far.

Does that mean like sending to a page (www.yourdomain.com) that automatically redirects to the cpa page (www.cpaoffer.com)?

Yes, that's correct cindy. Make sure that the offer is good for that type of traffic though.
