nope, nofollow links are quite worthless
the ones on blogspot ones are only good for anchor text diversity. No difference from doing it yourself

Yes they do..but use them on the relevant sites. Dont over do it as it appear spammy to search engines.

Not like main power, but still works for some purposes.
Each and every link no matter it is do-follow or no-follow, it has some link juice in it. If someone says nofollow has no quality backlinks, don't trust him.
SEO has a lot of metrices and several things has changed or I must say Google has refresh itself.
I personally have a one website and i am completely relying on blog comments and the result I have. My website receives 10k UVPM with the help of juts these blog comments.
