there all done on offsure severs to block all rules .
that there fist challenge.
they get database ip from sources no one no except them , all I no it cost thousands when they update there ip to block.
Google and most big boys hate cloak systems but finding them and stopping them very hard as there business are well underground and offsure.
cloak's are in business becouse it a need for others.
so think about it if a somethink needed to bank of course all best programmers will help them dodge any big boy like Google.

there some programmers that even invent programming code, and that the type of power a cloaking business deal with to help them to survive .
so google can do what ever they want , why becouse cloak services got the best already on there side to help them.

They pretend to be traffic filtering service and fraud traffic prevention service so basically they are good. Google is a bit*h.
