Do Channel views get froze?

I was wondering do channel views get froze like video views? Because I remember about a year ago I used the refresh method (seems like a absolute fail now) and it worked, in 2 days me and my friend got us 100,000 views on are joint channel. I'm not sure if that was before gay google took over though, I'm guessing all you pros know, sooo do they freeze?

Well although i haven't tried it recently, tube increaser used to work for channel views when its video views section didn't.

Just using proxies will work most likely.
