Thanks, any suggestions on where to get good quality power likes?

And as to explore, I have seen posts with under 300 likes on my explore page before. How do they get there?

Getting on the explore page is a pretty simple process. Just do some basic hashtag research and find relative niches that relate to your content. Add that with powerlikes you should be reaching the explore page.
 
It depends. If you will get likes from High-authority accounts than yes, it can help and increase your account engagement and explore page reach. If it's like from low quality accounts than it can cause an engagement damage and put your account at risk of shadow ban. However; it can be used as a Social proof

This sums up everything i wanted to post here too. Have done 1000 likes per post for a client before. That was when likes were cheap and working fast. We were sending 1000 in the first 2-3 minutes after posting and landing on top posts of all the hashtags. But after about 10-15 days, IG started showing less posts to her followers and her genuine engagement dropped considerably. Never tried power likes but i am sure they should work good if they come from genuine IPs. If these are connected to a server and coming from DC proxies then i think IG can detect them easily too and should be more damaging then rewarding.
 
So many people tried to game Instagram. If they were successful you would go to explore page and see shitty content.

Well, i often notice shitty content on my Explore page. It's literally a couple of celebrity posts and maybe 2 topics that actually interest me.
