Do bounce rates affect email deliverability? Emails now hitting spam

I've been cold emailing for the past few days. Just got into it. I have a very targeted scraped list. Never cleaned it because I didn't think I'd need to. I received a lot of bounces at first (not a huge percent, but definitely like 20 bounces out of 300-400 emails). On the 4th day of emailing, today. My emails are hitting spam, from my domain. My setup is with Gmass and g suite.

My emails were all hitting inbox for 4 days straight to about 1,000 people (new account, so was warming up). If I clean my lists and use a new email + domain, should my email campaign be able to last a lot longer? No matter if I clean my list, will I run into this problem eventually? What do you guys recommend/do?

Of course if you bounce your deliverability will suffer.
I think you got it right : for each domain you deliver e-mail from, you need to build its reputation (warm it up) and to keep bounces as low as possible. So yes, clean your list.

Bounce rate seems OK, but could be lower. What was your complaint rate?

7 rotate multiple pic or attach file if you use always the same just rename after a while
8 rotate multiple account email and never exceed the daily limits send less but use more accounts they will last longer
9 no use words like special offer etc inside body go spam but put inside pic ecc
10 after a while he throws everything and starts all over again

When I did email I cleaned up my emailing list every month or so, there is no need to keep emails that never open the email. I didn't understand what copy is at the time so my emails were really shitty, I suggest you try and improve on that.
