Do big channels buy views?

I think in promotion they can do it but on a broader level if they are getting a high number of views then this is just a gossip.

I know some big youtubers who do this. They have to show to people that they are still get huge views on new videos while the reality is different.
 
I think so if they want to show off or not show their viewers dropped. For growth i am not sure if really works

There's nothing wrong in buying views, just focus on the quality of your content.
