Do banned adsence accounts provide keyword stats?

So the question is in title. Lets say adsence account once had advertising campaigns and there were payments, but eventually it got banned.
Can you still look at keywords statistics on such account just for keyword research purpose?
BTW if it works im really interested in purchasing such an account

Yes, but it will only show you the results as a range, not the exact figures, since you're no longer spending money on ads from this account.
 
No, you cannot access the keyword statistics or any other data on a banned AdSense account, even for the purpose of keyword research as far as I know
 
You cannot see those stats in banned account.
 
I think the owner of the topic wrote Adsense by mistake when he was going to write Adwords.

Yes, you can use the keyword planner tool even if your Adwords account is banned.
