Do automation flags last forever on IG?

When I first started my IG Account I would get 5-9 new followers with every post (Making beats niche) but now I dont even get a single new follower with new posts.

I automated the account and turned the automation off again after May 30th but the reach is still low.

Sometimes I feel like IG is having a laugh and is just letting the people who automate reach only other people who automate as well....which would be actually quite hilarious if true.

Any experience from people who had reach restrictions and recovered those?

I'm in a similar boat. I find that after I got a few automation warnings (the ones that tell you to reset your password) my reach was dramatically reduced and I'll get very little play in hashtags. I'm not shadowbanned, since I still show up in hashtags, but I used to get 3/4 of my impressions from hashtags and now I'm lucky to get 1/4. Been that way since mid-June. I stopped automating in early July after receiving a follow block (only in Jarvee) and haven't done anything except normal interactions with IG since.

It's pretty frustrating since I used to reach 30-60k per post and now I have a hard time reaching 10k. Instagram has basically removed the only viable white hat growth method that was working for me.
