I've tried installing and opening the apps for 30s, different cpa networks, different devices, different internet connections, etc. and the content is still locked and no conversion is made

Track it in iTunes Connect. Revenue updates every hour basically. They are on zulu time so from my experiments, high eCPM happens around 7PM eastern (midnight Zulu). But open apps and leave open for a few minutes, even click some of the ads, then verify your iTunes Connect to look at impressions vs conversions etc...

Me, on the other hand, I am needing app installs. If you have multiple iOS devices, download my app, "MyNews+ - it's more than just news"

Any advice for PR and getting downloads is greatly appreciated. On a very limited budget for marketing. Thanks.

Quite frankly, I've wondered about CPI myself. I can't imagine that the ad owners or the app owners really have any sort of way to track whether or not a campaign is successful or not. I don't see how a user download can be associated with the traffic driver outside of registering a successful download. Beyond that how can you say whether that specific user kept the app forever or got rid of it. With that portion of the equation in question, it casts a bit of a shadow over the CPI movement in my eyes. Perhaps if you own a mobile app since there is no question there but otherwise, its a risky venture for app owners and I have to imagine that they in turn reduce risk by not firing all leads. My thoughts on the matter anyhow.

Well,my content lockers from OGads do work pretty well and Lockers do unlock after people install and App and run em for 30 seconds.
Make quite a bit of money with it too.

I tried running mine offer from OGAds on iPhone, installed and played for 30 seconds, and it didn't count as conversation.

For me OGAds works great , also cpagrip working well for app installs but the thing in cpagrip its that app install have hours when they are updated as leads so if you get the track of an visitors that you think it probably will make a lead he does the app install at 13:29:25 but the leads are counter at lets say 14:00

    Thank you for the tip.
I used to be familiar with pin submit offers a while back but then moved onto other things.

Any suggestions on good resources or programs to look out for and get back to speed?

    Thanks!

OGads and all of the networks get their apps from the same sources. < newsflash > check it out yourself, track the offers. So no one is doing better than anyone else and they all perform around the same, its just perception. Call yourself original gangster or OG mobi or CPAmobi all you want but none of them even work directly with the app owners. I'm not hating on all the CPA networks but its just such BS marketing. When someone starts working directly with app owners then we'll talk but source it yourselves theyre all the same. So all you can do is just go with whoever has the most inventory and find find some apps that work with you cause they all have different owners and its the owner of the app who controls the lead sending back. networks with good inventory AdscendAdgateCPALeadOGmobi but i find most mobile go to non appsCleanfileseveryone else sucks on inventory
