Hello,

Firstly I don't want to go public, but they are not replying to my Private support.

Is there anyone who got an update reply from FestingerVault?

They were suppose to give an update on 2nd October, but the site is still not updating anything. Now the website is also showing >> You have not made any subscription purchases.

If they are not continuing the service, will we (customers) will get the refund. Also, do anyone know any similar service provider? I have some website pending.

I think this is beyond his control. A legal redress from two top WP companies in same jurisdiction as him is a serious matter and it's best for members to move on as there will defintely be consequences no matter what the court ruling result is.

Follow his sales thread in the Marketplace, I bet there are thousands of members that are mailing him right now so he will/can not answer everyone.

Relax, all we can do is wait, it does not get speedier to get an update by placing more posts outside his Marketplace thread.
 
As I see it would be at least two weeks until we hear any news from his legal team because as he said it takes two weeks for the court decision to happen.
 
Oh boys, I hate to say it, but, it's gonna be a while.
 
Not yet, my last freebie was WP rocket from them.

The situation is simply beyond Festinger's control and any attempt to get him banned for a few hundred dollars or bucks or cents that you invested is not gonna change anything either unless they win the court case, which of course is not far from reliable possibilities.

He's a very helpful guy with resources. Give him some time please.

Relax people, the vault is coming back.

I use GPLCellar it's pretty good, you can look for comments for them here on the forum.
As for the other one, I doubt very much they will ever come back, at least under that name.
I do NOT want to imply anything only a few observations of this event tells me exactly where this will go.
