I'd say IG spam filters are a tad bit too strict based on this

Instagram submit button stuck Solved
I had This problem at 10% of me accounts.
I stopped this account for 2 days and changed the proxys to new ones and ALL account are VALID.
This issue is 100% proxy problem.

Yes, I had the same problem too. Submit button not working for 4 accounts. I thought they were burnt. But holly molly I just tried my luck a few days later and it worked!
Today, another two more accounts got PV and submit button not working again. I think it's a bug. Gonna wait a few days and see if it works.
Best way is to avoid PV! Be very very careful with new acc. IG super strict.

No same proxy. I cant remember if I changed phone numbers. Also can't remember how many days. maybe 4-5 days. (i actually deleted all my data on those acc as I thought they were banned)
Maybe it works cos i changed phone numbers. Or maybe u just have to wait few days. dunno. Still testing it out. But definitely not proxy problem.

ok im back again reporting. proxy has nothing to do with submit button bug. i am using the same proxies and get verified in like a couple days on some accounts, 4-5 days on others, and 5+ days now some accounts are still bugged. so its just totally random stuff.
i also use real sim, and tried changing 5 sim for 1 account bugged. doesnt help
Solution: just check those accounts from time to time, like 2 days.
And finally, i dont think this is a BUG, so its not going to be fixed. its just instagram fighting our smart asses, call it a "pv temp ban"

My experience, and how i resolved the issue:
- I had 5 accounts on a single device, got phone verification and stuck in one screen
--> Logged in with Massplanner, It requested for email verification, did it, and it got unblocked......
So i would suggest for you guys to try to login with browser and resolve phone verification there.
Hope it works for you as well!!!
PS: i also changed proxy, but it is the email that did for me

About my PV TEMP BAN
- I have until this morning total of 40 accounts stuck with the SUBMIT button temp ban since Sunday 11
- Today, (6 days later, Friday16) most of then are able to verify normally, SUBMIT button is working now.
- I did not change my proxies, I did not change or did anything on them (definitely not proxy problem)
- I just wait , it will be random, sometimes 2 days, in my case i wait for 6 days.

We have heard, many users were fixed with stuck submit button, when they choose +7(999)999-99-99 this number to enter.
