DO all web 2.0 s have 0 DA when u register ?

So I am learning about web 2.0 SEO benefits, I checked many expired Tumblrs with lots of RD, and their DA was very low (despite high PA). I wonder are all of them with such low DA ? and if 50 of such sites links to you , your money site suppose to be sink instead of rising . Am I not getting anyhting here ? thx in advance.

DA is for the Domain and it will be never at 0 when the main domain is popular for example wordpress.com. The new pages have 0 PA when they are created.

when i check new Tumblr subdomain, it says its 1

For example a site on tumblr

This has so many backlinks and subdomain authority is just 6 , its 1 for new ones.
But when for example I check subdomain DA for another web 2.0 for example zohosites, its showing a hgih number like 72 ...
So whats it all about ??? tumblr are useless cr@p ?
 
When creating a web2.0 if new subdomain was created then the subdomain DA will show as 1 but if subpage was created the MOZ will show the DA of main domain.

so the subdomain DA is what should interest us, so its always 1 ? But for example i check the subdomain of zohosites (newly created blog) and it shows 72 DA>

Can you please share that zohosites blog to take a look?
 
Don't make blogs on web2.0s that are less than 10 DA. So many are dropping. Even WordPress.com. You just have to test to pick good ones.

Maybe its Moz rules for different websites. I tried with WordPress and got good DA.

There's one caveat to this. If you're planning on building links to the web2.0 as part of a tiered structure.

I almost always register new web2.0 pages now. I can slowly warm them up over time, especially if it's all part of an overall plan to saturate a particular niche.
