Has anyone tried sharing AI-generated content on X?

I’m curious about real results — does it actually get good engagement, impressions, and followers? Or does it feel repetitive and get ignored?

For those who tested it, how was your experience?

It’s doing well in certain niches. I still see some AI artists sharing their work getting 10K–100K views.

In fact, better videos could be produced for content if AI didn't degrade video quality when creating longer videos.

AI-generated posts can be effective on platform X, but effectiveness depends on how they are used.

The reach for AI content on X depends entirely on how much you personalize the output. If you just copy and paste generic threads the algorithm often flags the pattern and limits your impressions. However using AI to find trending topics or to draft a core structure and then adding your own human voice works great for engagement. High quality visuals generated with Midjourney or similar tools still perform well because they stop the scroll. The real secret is to use AI for the research and the hook but keep the actual interaction human to avoid being shadowbanned as a bot.

Yes, I tried AI content on X. It can get views, but if the post looks too robotic people just ignore it, so I always edit it a bit to sound more human.

Most AI videos that receive interaction on x feature voiceovers by famous people or them performing absurd behaviors.

I've seen people get decent engagement with AI-generated posts on X, but it really depends on how you use it. If you just copy-paste AI content, it often feels repetitive and people ignore it. But if you edit it a bit and add your own thoughts, it can work pretty well.

Even though we add our own thoughts, I think artificial intelligence can still draw parallels to certain patterns.

Hey bendensanakalan, raw AI posts usually flop because the algorithm catches the robotic patterns. Use AI to outline your ideas, but always rewrite them in your own voice. Genuine human engagement is what actually grows your account.

X seems to be the most AI friendly out of all social media's. The engagement is good. If you are in s4s space you'll notice that it's filled nowadays with AI generated faceswaps and fully nsfw generated content lol

yep, i've seen mostly those AI generated images that are begging/screaming to be edited usually get a lot of engagments from "hey grok, change the..." viewers

No Matter for AI Generated content. But you can affort and give value your content. Of course you got better result..!!

The engagement is usually a flatline compared to something actually crafted. honestly, if you're not adding a human layer of insight or personality, it's just noise. i'd rather automate the data analysis part and then have a human write the actual posts. saves time without sacrificing quality

I do not understand what you mean by AI generated content. I believe no social platform appreciates low effort contents. AI is supposed to be a writing assistant not it controlling everything.

The right way to get results from your content on X is understanding your audience, what writing style works well with them, what they want to see (what made them follow you in the first place) , and what vocabularies you should use.

But one thing I believe is, nobody likes complex grammars when you can use simple wordings.

Tried it, AI content can get views, but if it sounds too robotic people scroll right past it. Adding your own take makes a huge difference.

AI generated replies works well, especially on posts you know nothing about, but some accounts block users who do this.

yeah, especially images, and clips. Pure text just gets ignored, and long form articles get no views at all if they are AI, maybe one or two get some views, but AI articles are a waste of time

AI generated stuff like pictures or videos work well on X. AI generated written content doesn't fare well in my opinion though.
