Age authority has some value. It doesn't mean that it will rank higher it also depends on factor like content, backlinks, user experience.

Domain age doesn't seems to make a difference, but if you're buying a previously used domain, the backlinks it have will improve your ranking.
Please how do I create a new domain structure according to the link addresses in order to have all the advantages of the old domain.
Please give me a guide or refer me to one, I would really appreciate. Thanks in advance

Huge BHW myth spread mostly by sellers, repeated thousands of times.
So people on BHW are selling aged accounts, aged domains and tools to find "aged".
We can call it Aged World Forum
I have experience with older domains bought from expired domains tool, good metrics and indexing the same as new domains.
With accounts it's even worse. Many banned, shadowbanned, made with single IP, made with single fingerprint.
In most cases it's the best to just create new account in social media or buy new domain. Results will be similar.

I understand you phrased your question like the person before you - but the question is phrased weird to say the least.
I think you both are talking about matching an expired domain's new link structure with its previous link structure to take advantage of the benefits of link juice.
The short answer is you 1) go to the Wayback Machine aka the internet archive and 2) determine the old link structure from there to apply to your newly created website on the newly acquired expired domain.

It is not about age, but more about the backlinks. You can assume an aged domain has a decent backlink profile it built over the time, but if an aged domain hasn't built any backlinks over time, then it won't rank any better than a new domain without any backlinks.

yes you right but maybe his site not rank easily ust because of he already thought that his site is garbage that is why he nothing to do for his site he lose hope..
