Do adscend Media shave leads?

I have been testing out adscend media for a while.I tested this with content protection,promoting on my site their offers etc.
But I havent been getting any conversions from them of late.I am stuck at 3$ with them.Can someone help me out on what is the problem with adscend Media.

when they arent down, they probably do, but doesnt matter i make more money elsewhere

Yes all cpa networks does that. but whatever adscendmedia is the best in conversions

I am seeing cpa lead content protection script converts for me more than adscend Medias content protection script.
I am still stuck at 3$ with the adscend Medias content protection script compared to me earning more than 10$ a day with cpa lead for the same site when used
