I'm planning on jump starting a channel by buying legit views through youtube/google but from 3rd world countries.

Do these views help you rank your videos or do they ruin your channel?

Then it may be among trending vids

Try African and Asian countries with population from 20 million

Are you talking about ad views on some smm panels or actual Youtube adwords views?

Actual youtube adwords views. Not from smm panels

Just make sure you are targeting your correct audience and you will be fine. Don't target rap music to country music fans, etc.

The traffic is real, you will get real engagement, it won't hurt your channel no matter what country the traffic is coming from.

YouTube analytics separates ad traffic from organic when you look at relative audience retention stats as well so it won't hurt your organic traffic at all.
