DO 2.0 Web use to be and who make is power full ?

hi, im newbe here and hope can learn some from the experd.

when i build a 2.0 web for my money site i need do much as i can right and the questions here is :

- do 2.0 site need Same target kw as money site ?
- do 2.0 site need anchor text with target kw direct to money site ?
- do all my 2.0 site need same kw ?

I personally wouldnt waste time with 2.0 websites any more. I dont think they particularly help to rank you.

never do the same anchor text, only 1-3 times same anchor text every 100 anchors

Nope, they just need to have somehow related themes and you should mix different anchors.
