DNTX and KW traffic?

I was hoping to buy some KW, USA, zero-click traffic from DNTX but the KWs I entered show very low volume, many showed n/a in the volume result.

Is DNTX more of a choose the country and that is as targeted as they get?

I used giant KWs too:
addiction
stop smoking
disability

those KWs are all broad match to some offers I found on MaxBounty. Just no traffic.
(if I remember right "addiction recovery" had 24 searches per day)

Anyway.
Should I just be targeting the US instead of looking for KWs. They have a category option too but it doesn't seem to fit.
The "Health" category somehow just does not seem right for people who want to quit smoking.

The offers were all fill short form and submit. Name, address, etc. Maybe 5 fields to fill in total.

DNTX sucks ..LOW traffic and very low conversion

Do you suspect bot traffic? Or is it traffic for KWs other than what you bid on?

Anything specific, or is it more like you have been doing this for awhile and you know a turd when you see it.

I have seen quite a few rips on DNTX and ZeroPark. I also see their account managers never say anything to defend their service. Why is that?
