DNSBLs blacklist

My mobile proxy is on DNSBLS blacklist what does that implies although it looks good on ipquality scores and I don't get captcha

It implies that the same mobile proxy was used by another user in the past. It could also simply imply that the result showing by DNSBLS is a mistake - it is wrong. I would suggest for you to continue you work - whatever it is: be it scrapping for marketing or whatever and see if it causes you any problems, if it does, you can simply ask your provider to provide you a replacement.
