    Hi guys,

I changed my hosting provider, I was sick of the old company to choose a new one.

I uploaded all the files, emails and databases and changed the DNS name at 3am GMT 23/4/13

Problem is the sites are still not back...

Is this normal? How long should this take?

    thanks

dns propagation may take upto 24 hours

however in most cases clearing your dns cache works

go to command prompt and fire the following command

    Code:
    ipconfig /flushdns
this is will clear your old dns cache

try to open your website once done

did you remove the old name servers??
you need to delete the old name servers before adding new one

I just checked both the sites
and both of them are display same default welcome page (not your site)

If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.

I did, turns out they forgot to add in a file to make it work.

Great start to a new hosting company :/
