Should i really be worried about this DNS cache thing AND does eBay have access to DNS Resolver Cache of my Windows ??
Any information about this would be appreciated.

We are accessing eBay through a browser, they can't go that deep.

They can't access internal DNS cache.

Anyways, you can always clear it with:

ipconfig /flushdns from CMD
