Have you ever had a pain ever trying to get a look in on DMOZ - I have submitted 3 times over 3 years - NOTHING... where as my competitors all have listings.
Any tips?

My site: www.interkiwiwebdevelopers.com
I was accepted as an Editor last week. I couldn't get any of my sites listed after years of trying, so I figured I would apply....while they didn't accept my sites they accepted me
From one I have read in the documentation for editors....your best shot at getting accepted is focusing as narrow as possible on the category that your site belongs in.
From my experience though...its a waiting game as there are a couple of sites in my section that are over a year old and still waiting.

I purchased a fiver gig from an dmoz editor that will submit your site for you to get it listed in dmoz. Even gave suggestions, forgot about it and saw that it got accepted a few weeks ago. But no change in traffic for my site
